Родилась в 1954 году в консервативной мормонской семье.Несмотря на строгости воспитания в 16 лет сбежала из дома и вышла замуж. Через два года развелась и переехала в Сан-Франциско.Работая в стриптиз-баре познакомилась с порноактером, который предложил ей снятся в фильме "Lady Freaks" (1973) с этого момента и началась карьера одной из самых известных актрис 70-80 годов.Снималась до 1985 года, потом из за страха перед СПИДом прекратила свою работу. Хотя в 1989 году согласилась сняться в двух лесбийских сценах в фильмах "Bodies In Heat - The Sequel " и "Talk Durty To Me 6" это были ее последние фильмы.
